MXM-1100 with Folding Unit MX-FDX1

HI

we have a MXM-1100 with Folding Unit MX-FDX1
Problem : paper jam in folding unit only with A3 paper. With A4R it´s all fine.
In history ( 22-6) : ZHSTPR_N
Firmware is newest one ( 02.06.Hm )
Counter : 2.222.000

ZHSTPR_N is not in service-manuell

All rollers are clean.

Any idea ?

Update

ZHSTPR_N is --> Upper stopper path sensor ( S9 )

The information in service manual is wrong!!!

New sensor with spring --> all fine
