what was it doing before it kicked the error?
what did you do to try and correct?

you gave us NO information besides the codes..

Check the white "coupler" gear on the back of the drum unit. The waste auger in the drum unit seizes and breaks the coupler. If that's broken, take apart the drum unit and clean the waste auger until it spins with little resistance. The gear is easy to replace, no tools necessary.

The ink has been completely changed and it is printed first paper and then show the code then stop
Strangely they print the first paper only and then stop

"The ink"??? Are you a technician or an end user? You should probably leave the repairs up to someone who knows what they are doing.

Make sure you're using genuine Sharp toner and developer. There's no way to just reset this code.
