Sharp firmware?

Greetings everyone,

We have a Sharp printer model mx-m314nv that displays an error message (Err: Failed to Expand ARM9 Prg).
We contacted several local maintenance but couldn't help in the matter, some said the printer needs a firmware.

Sharp support isn't helping us, is the only solution is a firmware installation?
If so, would the printer accept the firmware or would it cause verification troubles (watermark)?
I searched/read alot in this issue, I can't even do an emergency update, since we failed to get the firmware for this specific model.

I hope that some experts from this forum might help us.
