MX-3560N with L4-02

Hi

we have a MX-3560N with temporary L4-02 ( Paper feed motor trouble ).
It works 5 or 6 days without error, then 1 or 2 times a day, then 5-6 days all fine.
Any idea ?
All Feed Rollers are new, Update the newest.
Sharp says : paper feed motor or pcupwb.
Has anybody already had that??

I had something similar on a MX3140 and it wound up being caused by the clutches in the desk unit. I replaced the clutches and have not had the L4-02 code since.

we have changed all clutches ( PCLC-0399FCZZ )

It can still be a feed motor problem.
Previous models that have had this code have had the feed motor upgraded.
Looking at the Parts Guide, there are a few part upgrades for the N series within the Transport Drive Unit.
If the code comes back, check this Unit.
