I have this MX-3570 that has been in the field for almost 2 years and it started printing, copying and internal prints as just black lines. I have attached an image so you guys can see exactly what it looks like. Thanks in advanced for the help.

LSU
I've had corrosion build up on LSU connections; and with a little contact spray, and cleaning - problem fixed.

Thanks guys will check it out.
ok so I forgot to try sim 64-1. I just tried it and number 1,2,7,11,19 and 22 came out fine. Which makes me think the LSU and memory is fine on the machine. Any ideas?

Exactly Michael!
64-01 tests are on the LSU controller, so if these appear OK, your LSU is going to be OK.
You need to test 64-05 which is the PCL test prints from the print controller, as you can adjust halftone, rendering intent, gamma and color profiles for various tests.
I am waiting for a new LSU board to come and will try that. I will post my findings. Thanks for all your help with this issue.
If by any chance you're talking about the little board attached to the LSU with the ribbon connector, double check the parts guide and make sure you didn't order CPWBX2161DS51 or DS52 by mistake (6070 series only, and it's wrong anyway). If that board is fried you'll need a whole new LSU, since there's no part number available for the correct board.
Be extremely careful with that ribbon connector, it is very fragile..

So I ordered the whole LSU Unit so it came with a new PWB. I just put it into the machine and got the same thing. The only thing I have not changed at this point is the PCU PWB. I guess that will be the next thing I try unless you guys have any other ideas. Thanks in advance for your ideas on this problem of mine.
