M2615N h5-01 code
gentlemen I would like to know how to reset teh code H5-01. Online it says 5 consecutive jams, and sure enough I saw a bunch of jammed paper in the garbage. Double tapping Home or P*C* is not working for me. This machine has PaperCUT installed, which I think is interfering with the process.. The error screen blocks out the Papercut ID screen.
Any ideas.

Hi,
You can temporary disable PaperCut embedded by going to device web page, log in as admin. Then navigate to ‘Application Settings -> External Applications Settings -> ExternalAccounting Application Settings.
Change the ‘External Account Control’ option to ‘Disable’. Press submit and then Reboot Now.

After reboot do what ever it takes to disable Sharp error. Then turn ‘External Account Control’ back on.

Re: M2615N h5-01 code
After you disable the papercut use simulation 14 to reset the code. If you have a ten key on the machine use P * C * to get into the simulation mode and you have the blue home key on the right side of the LCD then double tap it and the window that opens will tell you the copy count and toner levels. At the bottom right corner of that window you will see the version (example Ver 1.22.23) touch that and a different window will open that has a ten key. Push P * C * and you will be in the simulation mode then use 14 then puch the mono or color button on the lower right then the exit button on the upper left of the ten key.
