    MX2700N

I usually handle just mechanical issues with this copier; not sure if this is one. Customer said the copier was leaving streaks then upon arrival called it ghosting which is what I saw(I call offsetting). Matching the ghost image with actual image it looks like a drum would be the cause. However I see no evidence as I would expect on any of the drums. The problem is more pronounced in black than full color but still there. I see nothing on fuser rollers which were just replaced or on transfer belt. Any help GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!

    Samples? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I hate to ask the obvious...are the pressure tabs in the fuser engaged or disengaged? Usually happens after customer removes a jam, they engage the pressure tabs to separate the fuser rollers, then forget to place them back into position.
