Ar 6023n paper jam from tray 2

AR-6023N giving paper jam from tray2,mainly customer is using this tray for A3,Paper lifts from tray and reaches little before the rubber rollers before drum,changed tray 2 pickup and transfer clutches and photocoupler,checked small PCB in tray 2 by swapping in another machine.still problem is same,one time few sheets worked as well from tray 2,but after restarting the machine again problem is same.currently customer is utilising bypass tray for A3 printing.

is it only A3 size? if you try different size paper is working? check sim 26-6 country code? whats the actual jam code in sim 22-3?
