Fuzzy copies only on top sharp mx-465

Having an issue with the sharp black and white MX 465. The prints look awesome but when I do copies they come out fuzzy the top half of the page bottom half looks fine no change running it through the document feeder either. Took apart all the optics and clean them make sure they were correct re calibrated copying machine and document feeder and scanner. Have no error codes are no faults that I can see everything seems to be working as it should. Would love to get some ideas. From anybody else that is ran into this problem thanks for your time looking forward for some feedback.

Have you tried a 63-3? After that I'd try replacing the CCD
