Wow, so much information to go on. :|

WHAT have you done to fix the issue? What does the service manual say?

    E1-11
    Content IMC PWB ASIC error
Details ASIC abnormality on IMC PWB
    Cause IMC PWB abnormality
    Replace the IMC PWB

    E1-17
Content IMC PWB smoothing IC error
Details IMC PWB smoothing IC abnormality
    Cause IMC PWB abnormality
    Replace the IMC PWB

    E1-81 (E1-18 Does not exist)
Content IMC PWB communication trouble (Parity)
Details Communication trouble between MCU and printer IMC (Parity error)
Cause IMC PWB connector disconnection. Motherboard connector pin breakage. IMC PWB ROM defect, data failure.
Check the connectors of the IMC PWB and MCU PWB.
Check the grounding of the copier.
Check the ROM of the IMC PWB.

Perhaps you should hire an authorized technician. :| But nevertheless, I'll tell you what questions I would be asking if I was there.

Do you have a power filter? If you do did it record any shortages? Surges? Overages? Does the outlet have enough power? What about GROUND? Is there a short in the outlet? Is it reading at at least 120v? 15amp outlet? Have you checked for staples on the PWB, sounds like a short. Have you reseated the IMC PWB? Have you REPLACED the IMC PWB? Have you tried turning it off and on again using a full power cycle? What happens when you try to reset the code? Does the CCD ass'y move freely? How about the ROM chip? Have you tried a firmware upgrade? Are any of the harnesses damaged? Harness between IMC PWB and the MCU PWB ok? Any broken pins? Have you tried an exorcist?

Good luck man, you'll need it. :|
