PaperCut not printing
I have a new PaperCut installation that is unable to print from their Chromebooks or the Mobility Print feature. It is connected to a MX-2640 with proper firmware and OSA enabled for this app. We have had three different ACDI techs working with our customer to get this up and running since March with no success. I am just putting this out there to see if anyone has had similar issues or knows what the issue might be.

In general the only issues I've ran into with papercut is with licensing. Licenses need transferred when the customer gets different brand copier, certain licenses limit users, or features.
Is your license current?
Is this papercut MF or NG?
