Good day to all. Im having a problem with thr sharp mx 4110 administrator password. I try the five 1's five 0's and 12345. And also i try the dipswicth in the system board. And i try to reset the admin password. It keeps asking administrator password. How can i solve this problem. And also i try the admin, user and sysadmin password it always asking admin password

Solution from another Thread/User

" Go to another machine (MX 5141) model doesn't matter. Go to Storage backup. Choose User Register Information. Create backup. Go to the MX 5070, type IP address. Go to (IP address /service_login.HTML), Password is service. Go to device Cloning. Send the backup you made to the machine and the password will be reset. "

Never tested it myself, but some say it works fine.

What is the default ip of the machine bcos the machine comes from a company that uses a card key the ysoft software.

You should be able to "Print List" without Adminstrator login, otherwise ask their IT department or connect to a PC from the customer and look up the IP in the driver.

I can print usiinh the service mode list print sir. i tried to input the ip address in ipaddress.login/hmtl its not working. The machine comes with a ysofft application and id system. And i saw a application named sharp osa. How can i disable it sir
