MX3070 no backlight

Howdy folks
Just for the knowledge bank,

Had a MX3070 that had no backlight, you could see the buttons if you put a flash light on the angle and every thing worked.

Swapped the entire panel, still no backlight. Replaced LVDS board and away it went.
Try the $90 board before the $450 panel

I had a 2630 and the flat cable onto LVDS was slightly on seated. Worth checking that also. Same issue no back light
