Had another machine doing something similar that ended up being the low voltage power supply so going to grab that next
Pull the cable on the HDD and see if it will give you are error. The HDD is the final device in the boot sequence so if you do not get an error, look at MFP board or SATA chip.
Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!
Replaced Sub DC PWB and resolved the issue. Reset system to factory defaults and updated firmware just in case.
