A customer email' me to see if I can repair his machine, a Sharp AR5323d
I asked him to confirm the model number because I couldn't find it in my database nor in google,
and he says it is correct.
do you guys know if such model exists and to which Sharp family belongs to?
(to see if I have a service manual that I can use, customer is faraway and I have to be prepared).

If it's an AR-5320D it's a relative of the Pegasus (AR-M160, AR-M207).

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
