MX 2610 prints only with Windows

Hello,

I have a MX-2610 printer.

This one is only printing with Windows but not wiht Mac OS (Mojave).

I installed drivers from Sharp and installed the printer on the iMac.

When I print, I hear the printer's awaikening, but nothing is printed, I have no sheet.

With Windows, I'm able to print.

what version of the driver did you install?

is it using the correct port?

does the nic light light up when a print job is sent?

are you using enet or firwire?

so many questions so little info

I believe you need to install a postscript kit on the copier to print from a Mac

That model does not come with PostScript MX-PK11 which is required for printing to mac , sounds like your machine doesn’t have it.

I would like to let you know that I found a YouTube video who helps me to resolve my problem with the kit.

The only problem, I cannot print in colour... just in black.

I use Generic PCL laser printer (generpcl.ppd).

Any idea please ?

no generic driver ... use model specific pcl 6 driver win10 has troubles with pcl5

I'm under MAC OS 10.14 (Mojave) and not Windows 10.

Do you know which drive I have to use ?
