sharp mx 2615 memory

I just got 3 of the machines in. And they say no memory for printing. Whats going on. Where is it. I dont see any difference in that machine and another one that works fine. Thanks

Go into SIM 22-10 and it will list all memory and installed options. Use 60-1 to test read/write of memory.
These models come standard with 1gb print memory and an optional 2gb slot print memory option.
