    sharp mxc357f exit noise

working on a sharp mxc357f which is a rebranded Lexmark XC2235. Its making a high pitch noise intermittent at the end of jobs. the noise sounds as if its two gears that are barely touching rubbing up against each other. not causing any jams, codes or copy issues and since the Lexmark machine has been out since 2018 in hoping someone other there has encountered this. the sharp rebranding was in sep. 2020 and as of today 10-19-20 there are no tech bulletins for it. cross posted in other for Lexmark techs.

I'm not familiar with this model, but on most models you can go into service mode and activate the motors individually. That should help isolate the noise. Also, you said noise is in the paper exist area. I'd pay close attention to the fuser area.
