MX3070N....how is this possible??????

Below are two status messages I recieved from a MX3070N. (full Status Messages attached )

The meters have gone DOWN


The machine display shows the lower meter?????

How is this possible?????

Call them to read counters from copier atm or visit it onsite if possible. There is small chance automatic system readings get corrupted.

Now that's interesting! No chance that machine has gone though a a space-time continuum vortex of some sort by chance? It may need more garbage to feed its Flux Capacitor to bring the meter back to the future!

Is this machine registered in MICAS where you might be able to see when the meters went down?

I wonder if other counters dropped like maintenance and feed counters.

Not on MICAS

I just get monthly emails.

The number of inserted toners remained constant

What does sim 22-01 say ? Does it have the original count ? I wonder if someone was fooling around & cleared the count in sim 24-6 or 9. Not that it makes much sense that someone would be in there in the first place.
