Impossible to connect to LDAP Server with Sharp MFP

Hello there we own two Sharp MFP , MX-M754N and MX-2651.
None of the above can connect to the LDAP server, with apparently correct settings, an authentication error is issued [3333].

We have followed instructions in the following document however it did not work

The credentials are correct and perfectly work when testing LDAP access with AD Explorer

Any hint?

Got it to work, really I don't know why!
