What was the exact error code you are getting?

After the hard drive was inserted and it did its thing to it the error is:

Version Check
IcuM ROM UNUSUAL

Before I inserted the hard drive the error was:

Version Check
IcuM: HDD Trouble

I put a partition free hard drive in it, after a few minutes of what I assume was formatting I got the ROM UNUSUAL error.

Also, if it does have a security kit it will say FR11 or FR11U on the ROM on the MFP. You will need the firmware for the security kit. You may have to do an Emergency Update if you can't get into the sims. There is a dipswitch on the MFP that says update.

I'm unable to get into the sims currently. I think it has to do with the firmware issue currently.
