Does anyone know how to reset the admin password on a MX B376W?

Go to another machine (MX 5141) model doesn't matter. Go to Storage backup. Choose User Register Information. Create backup. Go to the MX 5070, type IP address. Go to (IP address /service_login.HTML), Password is service. Go to device Cloning. Send the backup you made to the machine and the password will be reset.

The *preferred* method is to simply contact Sharp Tech Support. They will guide you on how to get an alpha numeric key from the copier. Then they will e-mail you in about 1 to 2 days with a reset password.

It's annoying yes.
