Hi,
So our printer have been having a paper jamming issues. Notice that the lower pressure roller was damaged so we replaced the whole fuser unit with an OEM one. After installing the new fuser, it would jam right before the fuser.

Are you sure that "jamming" isn't really an "L4-16" error code?
I seem to recall that if the fuser is not changed quite correctly the pressure release cam will break on the new unit.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

H5-01 will need to be reset via SIM mode. With POD1, check the sensor actuator, spring and the actual sensor in SIM mode to ensure it is going H /L.
Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!
Is there any print on the paper that jams?
You could have a cleaning blade flip on the transfer belt unit.
Hi
Are the levers for the lower press roller in the correct position?
gear that drives fusing unit?
