    Pages between calls:
    MX-M6070 58,143
    MX-M654N 138,292

The MX-M654N also averages 200K more pages per drum/PM cycle.
Those are not good #'s on the 6070N

For the models MX-M3570 through MX-M5070 our average fuser life has been 255,971

We have seen a 3 laser failures on the M5070/M6070. We replaced the entire laser on the first two then they were on backorder so I ordered just the polygon motor to see if we could get the machine going. 147,989 pages and 10 months later it is still working. If I remember correctly different models take different lasers but they all take the same polygon motor. I would have to check that though.

Most of our M6070N machines are in schools unfortunately. The ones that are in businesses run a little better but not much. They are nowhere near as reliable as the M654N was.

Brilliant statistics from you man. Not even touched Sharp MFP but your system analysis software is good targeted.

I appreciate the input. The reason I am asking is because we have a client with about 6 MX-M503N's and two of them have just surpassed 1mil. So I would normally swap them over to a new Sharp just for ease of address book swap over, etc. I may either get them in the 4 series or a Kyocera instead.
