Re: Sharp DX-B352 and DX-B351
the B351 .......
There is an out of the box problem the can't/won't be fixed.
We ordered 6 for an account that needed printers for remote workers.
My guess is that fuser "ready" temp is lower than "operating" temp. Because if you run anything with toner close to edge, it will not fuse.

Once 5-6 are run it is fine.
Sharp sent me 6 more, they did the same thing...... Sharp then told me to keep them all they are throwaways no fix......
If you put the machine in "toner save mode" and "mute printing" it seems to work better but still not perfect.

I would stay away from both. IMHO

Re: Sharp DX-B352 and DX-B351
I found that the jamming issue out of the box may be a clutch in the wrong position.
It happens when you power up the machine for the first time and you have paper in the drawer.
I had this happen to two machines.
If you power up without the paper tray in the machine there are no problems with it.
I could them print, then power down, then power up, without an issue.
