Deep Sleep and Mac

Hi Everybody

I have a strange issue with MX-C304W.
We have 2 Installed same customer. Same configuration.

In the morning, only one will wake up from deep sleep when receive a print command. The other one, will refuse network connection (even webpage) until wake up button is pressed. Thw printing is ok.
We use Personalised Power Configuration and Same Power Configuration is stored in machine.

FW is the same on both machines.

Any clue on this.

Auto Power Shut Off is clicked on the MFP that doesn't turn on.

Should I need to Activate it with SIM 26-50

I'd device clone the working machine and apply the clone file to the non-working machine.
Simply select Energy Save (and maybe Operations Settings & Device Control) from the device clone options and clone those particular settings first only.
This will transfer known good working settings & switches over so both devices will be the same.

Give us a screenshot of the web user interface. I'm sure it's there. If all else fails, the post about cloning should work. But this shouldn't be more than a 5 second adventure my friend.
