Sharp AR-6023 toner indicator

Good Morning,

Got some problem regarding solving the toner indicator with this machine. Here are the steps i made before posting.

1. Change New OEM toner / after replenishing after 2 days same problem.

2. Change Developer, reset the maintenance, clean sensor & change again the toner (OEM). After 5 days same problem.

3. Do the maintenance for the machine.
Check motor gear of developer and toner. Nothing unusual.
Change Toner again. Change drum kit reset the maintenance and After 3 days same problem.

Appreciate any help can get.

It would help... if you told us the "American Model". But not many "Sharp" techs on this site compared to Xerox/ Canon/ Hp. Normally, I would just ignore it if I don't recognize the model, but my curiosity let me look for the American equivalent, which is the MX-M316


The above post is correct, for those two codes, because there are associated bulletins.

I would add to look for an F2-40 historical error code, there is a bulletin on that too.

L4-70 Toner motor lock
F2-64 Toner Replenishment Error

No record of this error.. its just normal no toner. And when replaced with new oem toner.. after few days toner indicator comes.. and the counter reading only have 46k so didnt check the developer yet on the first encounter i just guess bad chip. But when it comes the 2nd encounter.. replaced the dv and clean the toner sensor.. and new toner again. 10-01 is working and i saw the toner poured on dv.

Toner replenishment came after 25 simulations.
