Sharp mx-m453u had no problem.
was healthy.
I selected the option 88-01 in the settings.
"all memory clear"
Now it gives the following message:
Improper cartridge(code : F2-70)
I replaced the cartridge chipset.
I do not have access to the Sharp site.
Do you think the firmware update on the device will work?
How can I fix this problem?
What is your suggestion?

This is interesting. There's either a soft switch for "allow generic toners" or maybe the machines "country code" But I don't know either of those things, especially on an older machine like that. I'd see if an OEM toner works

He has sent me a private message asking for firmware.

I don't have a drop box to put it in and the file is too large to email.

Can anyone help him with this.

He is in Iran and I am not sure the North American firmware would work for him.

I updated the firmware with the file sent by my friends, but it still gives an "F2-70" error.

Are you using Sharp OEM toner or a third party toner?
