Had this error on an MX-4100N last week and it turned out the cleaning unit on the ITB was binding and causing the belt not to rotate, and then a jam. Never saw that before. Easy to check next time you are there.

Fuser fixed it for us, same symptoms.
I recently saw the return spring loose for the fuser sensor lever. Intermittent jams, spring placement seems very prone to having the spring slip off metal tab- machines still works...mostly.
Fuser replacement would definitely fix it
But if this sensor arm was to wobble around in/out of the sensor or not returning home, I could see it causing H5-01 codes
