All of a sudden a number of these units (same company different locations have been getting ssl encryption errors on scan to email office 365 anyone ever see this before machines have been in place for a while.Thanks Dave’s

I had this recently. I updated the firmware, unchecked SSL under email SMTP settings and disabled SSL in the network settings. The new firmware supports TLS 1.2.

Did some research This companys IT changed copiers webpage from SMTP office365 to Microsoft’s Direct send option.anyone ever see this?
