Hey guys I am trying to get a client hooked up with scan to email and scan to folder if possible. With this new interface its a bit of a challenge to get to stuff. anyone got this to work. see attached what i was able to do without success.

Hey guys I am trying to get a client hooked up with scan to email and scan to folder if possible. With this new interface its a bit of a challenge to get to stuff. anyone got this to work. see attached what i was able to do without success.

This machine has been a pain in the butt. We went around and around with scan to e-mail. Originally it worked, but the customer made some changes to the network and it wouldn't work anymore. For some reason changing the network type from "Auto" to " Standard" was the missing piece. NO IDEA WHY!!!

Excuse me if I have terminology wrong. I don't have a system to verify (part of the problem).

I have not set up scan to folder on one of these, but it could be the same issue?
