MX-8090N 11x17 Image Prints offset 2mm on Long Edge

Hello, looking for some support on an MX-8090N with an MX-LC13N paper feeder. When we print 11x17 we are getting a image offset of around 2mm shifted towards the long edge. It occurs from both the LC13N and the internal tray. I have been through the service and setup manual for both the machine and the LC13N and cannot find a solution. Also brought in outside service technician and they were unable to figure it out either. Any ideas on solutions or other troubleshooting steps? Thank you!

Sounds like a registration issue. In adjustments there is a simulation in sim 50 that will allow you to calibrate each tray. I have had to do this on occasion, very quick and easy fix.

    Good luck

Great thank you. I made the adjustments on Main-LCT1 but had to go from the default of 50 all the way down to 4. Seems like a large adjustment. Is this normal or do you know of any mechanical adjustments to get it more centered? Again thanks for your help!

Definitely sounds like your Black Magnification is set too high.
This value affects all adjustments made afterwards.
Start at Adjustment Number 13 in the Service Manual, and perform each one in order. A, B & C.
As you mention both engine & option trays are being affected, the value of Blk Mag will affect all trays negatively.
You can always use the shortcuts in the Administrator Adjustment Guide booklet for the 7090 and 8090 to make quick changes to margins/voids.
