    Sharp Tandem Copy

    May i know how to setup the tandem copy for sharp mx-3060 & mx-2630? i had try setup the ip address on main 3060 but when use tandem copy it fails & show message "tandem output is not allowed. output all sets using master machine"

    Anyone what is the problem?

    Are the two machines configured the same?

    Does one have a finisher and one not?

    Bit of a late reply...

    When installing the print driver via the .exe file, choose the advanced option and use the SC2 TCP IP port, has to be done on both printers.
