    rainbow prints phoenix/griffin

    Hello,

    The rainbow prints are back...

The weather has been hot and humid...happens a few times a year.

Anyone has a solution for this, exept from swapping the corona/drumunit?

I don't have a solution, but it certainly looks high voltage related (arc/leak).

These boxes are notorious for stripping the drive motor shafts for drums and dv. This also creates leaks on the rear frame which always seem to get scattered across the HVPS. Every time I have had to replace these motors, Ive had to clean that board covered in toner/dv. Have you pulled the board and check the tabs are seated properly and the spring connection are free and clean?

Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!
