Ar 6020 scanner and printer disconnected

Hi, this machine Ar 6020 have been working perfectly, one day the customer forget to removed the plug from socket unfortunate for him a loud thunder strike an destroy many things in the office and since that day the machine not connected to the system again. I try to reinstall the driver many times not connected anymore but the photocopy working fine please any help I will be glad

You can't be a tech. but he means the Network Interface Controller where the ethernet plugs in.

A ping is a message sent to it from a computer in the command mode that sees if the printer is there with the internet protocall address.

If the Network Interface is integrated to large board. The whole board may need replacing.

The details are too much to help you on the forum and your level of expertise not to offend you.

Call a Dealer on the product and pay him to help you.

Try printing directly from your laptop to determine if the problem is with the machine or the customers network.

Thanks for your response actually the machine is not ping that is reason why i quote(the sound completely off) may is the reason you're not get me right. I av change the interface controller this same thing,until I replaced the main board. The issue is I av the same fault wit another machine I sold that not quite long ago that is why I ask for help . Banging my head on my desk! Sometimes I wonder why I try!

Sir you don't need to bang your head first the fault is not too big to ask and in my country there I no stable light, no thunder arrestor, we are facing many fault due to bad light and so on. Just relax I might not with stand some of you but am also respected. Thanks
