MXM6580 screen error http403 when accessing MXPE-12 icon

when hitting the EFI screen icon the error http403 is displayed, and not the fiery job log...with fiery nic disconnected it then displays CE-00 when pressed....could this be a proxy setting issue ?
Command w/s and fiery printing not effected..any pointers be greatly appreciated
