We have about 6-7 of these devices out there regularly doing H3-01 & H3-02 - some from brand new out of the box
So far we have done the following
H3-01 - replaced both non contact & contact thermistors to the pressure roller & pressure roller lamp
H3-02 - replaced the 2 non contact thermistors & contact thermistor to the belt & the belt lamps
Also on some of these fuser units the connectors have been cleaned
Also tried a different refurbished fuser unit & on anther a new fuser unit
We can see in SIM44-14 that the thermistors are reading too high a temperature. While in this SIM & with the side door open some of the thermistor readings are stuck on the same temperature & don't cool down as expected
Our next step is to order a PCU board & see what this does
Any information from this forum would be appreciated, if you've experienced this issue too
Thanks in advance
