    MX-C300p won't stop idling

Printer works fine, but never stops idling. Printer is in a clean air-conditioned office.

Does it stop if you pull the network cable?

    Re: MX-C300p won't stop idling

I'm working on a similar problem on a C300W. The fans run all the time, but not the engine motors. I swapped all pwbs, firmware, etc... I finally out of desperation re-executed sim 26-6 to clear any unwanted settings. Now, it shows an F2-39 during bootup and then an F2-47.

I suspect that a process sensor has blown the mfpc. I've ordered a new temp/humidity sensor, process sensor that's located in the ozone fan assy, and sent the mfpc off for repair. Will post after completed the results.
