Is there a reason you are not setting it up though SMB? Creating a folder on the PC and setting up the path on the mfp? Some older machines will not scan to smbv2, you could also use Sharpdesk witch is essentially an FTP.

Well the reason is that about a week or so ago someone on here mentioned the scan tool lite as the easier way than conventional scan to folder. Just checking into it and trying to figure it out and see if it is any better or easier.
