    MX-M364N F2-78

We have an MX-M364N that keeps throwing F2-78.

Sensor on the transferunit has been cleaned, FWupdate done, laserunit cleaned...

    Any other suggestions?

Have you cleaned the image density sensor above the transfer unit?

Clean the connection between the right side door and the engine.

If this does not work then I suggest replacing the transfer roller unit.

What are the actual prints like?? i have had a dirty (coated ) mag roller cause a grey background and error codes like what you are having.
Networking skills are advantageous but use of a 3m vacuum cleaner is essential
