Scan to Email trouble.
Cust says scan to email is slow. They say it could take up to 24 hours to go through. I have not experianced these problems. Now the cust says it is real fast off the glass and slow through the doc feeder. Just seeing if any general suggestions. I have not seen any of these problems when I am there

What model does the customer have?
Are they using Office 365?

What smtp server are they using?
