Sharp does not have a Service Manual for this so I don't know if you could get parts even if you knew a part#.

I think this is also told as a Lexmark B2236. They look exactly alike. The Service Manual for the B2236 does have parts that can be ordered from Lexmark and most would work in the DX-B352P if they are really the same engine.

This printer is actually made by Foxconn from what I have heard.
