Yup, bad primary.

You are going to need to replace it. I recommend you call a tech to do it, if not, just purchase a service manual online, and follow the instructions on how to remove the Primary transfer belt.

I will try first to clean it, and if after cleaning I keep having issues I will order a new transfer belt. I have a question about transfer belt part number. First I saw It should be MXC30U1, but then on the other web site it was a mxc32u1. it should be a newer version. Are they both compatible with mx c301 or only particular one?

Yes, it was bad primary. I replaced it with new one. Now it´s printing clear without issues.

How do I manage to diconect the connector from drum unit? Attachment 50882






I can´t grap the conector properly because it so small und not handy at all. I´m also affraid to pull on the small cabels, because it might get rip off. Have somebody a tip for me?

There is a small tie wrap just above the connector holding the harness together. If you grab the cable by that tie wrap and pull, the connector will come out with no problem
