    Sharp AR6020DV

    Hello, pls kindly advice what could be causing toner dusting on developer unit attached picture right top , (Sharp AR6020) will cover the under scanner glass, the copy will start fading top, attached picture. After I cleaned, several copies will still come back, pls advice solution

    Need to check Black Drum and Charge grid. Most likely need replaced.

    Don't forget to clean LSU window after replacing Black Drum/Charger/Blade. Also, make sure DV seals are good, and straight, there are some models where the seal is warped, and was creating spitback and spilling DV/toner dust creating the same problem seen in the posted pictures.

    Also, for next time, posting a copy of the 22-6 will get better answers.

    Sorry I don't get what's meaning 22-6🖕. For the clean LSU under glass, after removed developer unit right?

    A 22-6 is an internal print out with all kinds of info. Enter SIM mode and print it.

    The LSU window is directly above the drum and can been seen after you remove the drum. It will be a narrow piece of glass.

    Hi there the Sharp AR-6020 range of machines does not have 22-06 printout all counters need to be checked manually.
