    Lazy M5070 H5-01 on morning power-on

    Hello everybody

    we have a lazy MX-M5070.
In the morning, after powering on, "he" says H5-01
then after a SIM 14 clearing, works flawlessy all day.

    POD sensor is ok.
No ghost in the night is printing (we hope)
    Fuser looks good.
    FW is the last z1

    What can we check?

    Thank you for your help.

H5-01 is suppose to be triggered by 5 consecutive POD1_N jams

If you print a SIM 23-10, do you see the POD1_N jams?

Did you replace the POD1 sensor? Had this exact same problem on an MX-M5071 and it wound up being the sensor.

    Good luck

    Hi Hansen,

thank you for your reply, I always thought about this, because we are having so many H troubles with these machine.
But in Sharp Italy technical website we are stuck at 5.00.Z1 Firwmware released in May 2020.
Is there any new of them?

    Thank you

We checked it with sim, but no replacing.
    We'll do it.
    Thank you.
