FYI the 2nd tc clutch that's in the fuser drive is the same as the 2 primary separation clutches on back of the main drive unit.

What about copy jobs? I've been told no.
If it happens on prints, it will also happen on copies (provided it's in the equipment)

If it happens on copies only, that tells you it's in the optics.

Same print engine is used for copies and prints.

And the answer is - Fuser Gear Clutch. It was that simple - but it always is when you look back after the fix. I want to thank everyone's input. This was one repair that had lend itself to multiple possibilities. And it didn't help that the issue was intermittent with no codes.

I hope if anyone has never had this issue that this helps them focus in on where maybe to look first. It made sense that it was a Clutch that would have failed. I had a discussion with a Sharp Executive a few years ago when this series copier came out. He told me one of the reasons for upgrading the Units was because of the electronics - they were not working well, that was the electronics weren't working well. They were having larger failures then usual. It was about the wiring - the connectors.

    Again, My Thanks to All!!

Firmware has been updated to most resent.

The issue I have described intermittent. It appears to only act up as described after it has
been working long runs. Plus I tried most of the suggestion recommended to me - very
    appreciated.

Because the the long run and problem scenario I decided to change out the Transfer Control PWB.
It was the heat thing that made me to look in this direction. I've got it replaced and it is a wait
    and see.

One of the up ticks with the replacement board the colors, from a copy to a copy - those color copies popped!
Just that alone made me think it was a good thing to have specifically changed out that board.

I'm not out of the woods yet, but will update in a week or so - it shouldn't take too long to see
a positive or negative final results.

    I sincerely appreciate everyone's input!!!
Have you tried Sim 64-4 and change to 3 to check individual colors????
