    SHARP MX3570V

I am having an issue while printing from the computer.
The print comes out very faint then appears to clear
up where the images are fine. I'm thinking it might be
    the lower heat roller lamp.

The Blk DV Unit and the Drum and Blade have been updated in the
last 6-months or so. And the fuser has been updated.

I can't say I have have ever seen this happen before. I'm not out at
the client's office yet. They have some sick people that are out and they
wanted me to come in at the end of the wee to fix the issue.

    Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

    Only on print jobs?

    What about copy jobs?

A sample might be helpful. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I was told in an email that this happens only when they print.

Funny thing of it is, I do know the manual - I just haven't seen this happen before. I thought I'd marry up to what I thought it might be. Thanks any way.

    Only on print jobs? Yes.

What about copy jobs? I've been told no.

That lower part of the window is called the signature line. It's exactly the same on every post. I wrote it 10 or so years ago (not just for you), but it applies to everybody I think.

I don't see how anybody can evaluate an image quality issue, without a sample. =^..^=

The actual mechanics of paper xport, placing image and fusing image on paper are the same for both copy and print. I'm not saying its impossible, but highly unlikely that this is a fuser issue.

Are the light images isolated to a single app?

What does an internal print look like?

What about print a PDF from USB ? Same result?

I'd show a sample but the clients info is on that sample.

I have been sick and won't be out physically to the client until probably tomorrow.

I'll have an answer then. Thanks!
