    A0-01 on MX-3570

    Hi guys,

we have a MX-3570 with a A0-01 error. Machine reboots ok, after power on-off but error will show up again.

We reloaded FW but no solving
We swapped Msata and reloaded FW but no solving.

What else can we try, before changing PCU PWB?

    Thank you for your help!.

    Re: A0-01 on MX-3570

I would start with the PCU pwb and if you still get the A0-01 then replce the 8-pin eeprom.

I think replacing the eeprom and retaining all the meters requires assistance from Sharp. I have been able to find and enter the correct serial# into a new eeprom using a programmer but I still haven't been able to find a put the correct meters in.

If you can print out a 22-6 or extract to USB, make sure all the soft switches for scanner didnt change to 1. I have seen this a few times whist changing boards.
Set them all back to 0.
