Sharp AR6023 misffed error

Hello, i am new to this forum
I ve a Sharp Ar6023 with a misffed problem that i cant resolve, there is no paper or not even a small piece of paper
after entering to service mode
and going to SIM 22-3
it shows A1

where is this sensor

Your AR-6023 looks like our MX-M266N.

Our display of SIM 22-3 shows a minimum of 3 characters so A1 isn't known in the US. An exmaple of what we might see in SIM 22-3 would be C2PFD or PPD1 followed by _N or something else.

Does it false jam from Tray 1 and the manual feed tray?

I didn t find any answer on the net about this issue
And even in the manuals there is no A1 error mesage
I dismantled again and again almost everything and i can t see any paper or small paper jaming
