Does Sharp replace fusers under warranty on relabeled Lexmark products at no charge?

This is a common and costly problem on Lexmark color products.

This is a common and costly problem on Lexmark color products.

Pretty sure our rep told us 1 year warranty for the Sharpmarks. This would include a failed fuser but not a end of life fuser. Lots of opportunity to abuse this but I never would.

Lexmark will also pay a nice labor comp for a warranty claim while Sharp does not pay any labor comp.

I will see if I can find actual documentation on the 1 year warranty period.

Does anyone know if the Lexmark supplies will work in the Sharp labeled machines? I need an imaging unit for a customer, but it is on backorder until the end of this month. I ordered it middle of last month. Customer is, understandably, getting upset

No.

Perhaps the waste containers but not the toners or image units.

I was able to get DV units of a XC4140 to work in a MX-C407F so I think they are backwards compatible.

I think you may waiting longer than the end of the month for the black imaging unit. I ordered them in July and still have't got all of them in yet.
